Hi Alna, I am so sorry to hear that this has happened to you.
My first piece of advice would be to not panic. This can be solved. Take a deep breath and centre yourself.
Secondly, as you have done rightly is to stop using the bath soap and anything even remotely irritating. Invest asap in a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. Cerave is a good option or even some drugstore brands depending on where you are based can offer gentle yet efficient products. Stick to a simple routine and stay hydrated.
Remember you will get through this and be gentle with yourself 🙂

go for a calming cleanser and some calming serum sort of like the skin1004 Centella ampoule is amazing or maybe try using vitamin E, that really helps

Best thing to do is not to use anything with any time of exfoliates like lactic, glycolic, or salicylic acids. Next don't touch the Retinol, niacinamide (yes even this guy), and the vitamin C is gonna have to get paused. Wash with a gentle cleanser, then moisturize. Only use sunscreen in the daytime. Do this for a week or two and it'll be ready to get reintroduced to other products, but Incase the barrier was compromised introduce one at a time and do week time lapse.
