It's probably dehydration! A good hydrating essence and/or serum will get rid of this.

Trentinon is known for being extremely drying. There is a forum on Reddit dedicated for those who use Trentinon , it is full of information, experiences, help etc etc and definitely worth checking out.
  

Hydrating inside and out is equally important. Drinking lots of water , fluids and supplementing with collagen, biotin and creatine will make a difference.


Also, Hyaluronic acid is an essential topical ingredient to help skin retain and absorb moisture, use in combination/before moisturizer etc.  

Good cleansing routine, the double cleansing with cleansing oil as first step and whatever foam or gel you prefer for the second. Bubble mask or a good clay mask. And niacinamide, that's a magic ingredient for me to make my pore appearance less visible.

I definitely agree about Niacinamide, it tightens & helps reduce large and visible pores. It's a common ingredient in skin care products aim to improve skin texture
