Hormonal acne in a line

Ughhh hormonal acne is the worst!! I have pimples growing in a line on my jawline. And they are so stubborn that no product helps, not even benzoyl peroxide. Why does it grow in a line??? I hate hormones. And periods. The end. I'm drinking a bunch of spearmint tea because f androgens..

I can say that it's hormonal so you will have breakouts at any time. What worked for me may not necessarily work for you but here are my suggestions: -Effaclar duo was my first acne treatment and it's effective to treat major breakouts. Highly recommend! -Incorporate a niacinamide product in your routine, it will help with sebum control for your acne and will help to fade hyperpigmentation (acne scars and other dark spots) -Right now I added a serum from Skin House and even though it doesn't necessarily "treat acne" per se, I noticed that my zits shrinked faster with layering this with my acne treatment product so it does help with calming and soothing my skin -If benzoyl peroxide didn't work for you, you can try salicylic acid Consistency is key. And lastly, don't give up! ☺️

Thank you!!! Benzoyl peroxide is normally pretty good for me except particularly stubborn hormonal acne. Salicylic acid I feel does nothing 😅 Yes consistency is important. Especially since I have sensitive skin but I'm so impatient lol especially when pimples have been hanging around for days

Ughh they are... I have 2 dark spots on my jawline from the last month trouble 💁🏻‍♀️ Talking about benzoyl peroxide, which one do you use? I mean the concentration %. I have the 5% and it does nothing to my acne when I got one.
