I had the same problem after using niacinamide for a few days! What I did is that, I stopped incorporating that niacinamide in my routine and started using products with adapalene or benzoyl peroxide and it was gonw in about a week!

you might be purging, although i think that’s more rare with niacinamide. you can try to incorporate a BHA product into your routine in a wash-off form! it’s also important to hydrate and soothe your skin to keep your skin barrier healthy

10% is actually an unnecessarily high percentage of niacinamide, dear. Sorry that happened to you :(. Your skin must have freaked out with that amount of niacinamide.
You should stay away from it first and fill your routine with hydrating products with HA, aloe, cica, etc. If you want to add niacinamide into the routine, opt for the ones with lower percentage, like in toners or moisturisers. I like this serum from Purito but you can always try to find in toners because it's a pretty common ingredient! Wardah products also have niacinamide.

My skin is sensitive to 10% niacinamide too, I actually got a chemical burn from it one time. Since then I’ve only been using 5% niacinamide or as a side ingredient in other products

Since it is your first time to use higher percentage of niacinamide, i would advise you to introduce it to your skin slowly by using is twice a week and slowly increase the usage based on your skin reaction. You could also use niacinamide with lower percentage , like yuja niacin since it only contains 5% niacinamide.
* another thing to note: higher percentage doesn't means it is better or good for you. Fyi, most research
regarding niacinamide usually use lower percentage varying from 2-5% yet still deliver good results for your skin.
