Awesome balm! Melts the makeup right off. People are complaining about the size but the enlarged picture of the product clearly shows 1.3 oz and its says so in the description. It's unfortunate that people give it a bad review because they did not read the details. It is a small jar but a little goes a long way and it does an amazing job! I love it! This is probably one of the most affordable cleansing balms out in the market! I bought the 120g and it is such a bang for your buck! It took me months to finish this. I also like how it is NOT a screw type lid that you need to twist off to get into the product. It makes it easier for me. The texture of this one feels like a sorbet and it melts into my skin into an oil. It can be chunky if you use too much. Applying this to my skin is not a drag. It glides into my skin very well. It also dissolves makeup decently. You can detect a citrus scent in this product. Personally it does not bother me. It did not sting nor cause any sensitivities to my skin even when I have breakouts. It was very easy to wash this product off. It turns into a milky color when it get in contact into water. I washes off effortlessly without leaving any oily residue. This also doesn't fog my vision when washing it away. My skin feels refreshed and clean without the stripping feeling! I love it. I love it for its performance, packaging and pricetag! Definitely a repurchase.

This would be one of my favorite cleansing balm for my sensitive acne prone skin it just works well with removing all of my make up without leaving any residue. it’s really gentle on the skin and it didn’t irritate my eyes even if I accidentally opened it while I was removing my waterproof mascara it doesn’t sting at all. It has a nice oily texture, but not like Emma Hardie, it doesn't need to be washed with a towel, it emulsifies well with water, rinses off without leaving a film on the face. The smell is simply amazing: grapefruit, persimmon, rosemary and rosewood. Overall, I'm very happy that I bought it.

This cleansing balm is really nice. It melts down quickly into this smoothing oil cleanse. The papaya enzymes lightly exfoliate to really break down stubborn makeup and sunscreen. Gentle, no irritation to my skin or eyes! Smells incredible!

It has subtle pumpkin smell, smooth texture, doesn’t irritate skin and eyes (but its better to not use it for eye make up, since it contains AHA acids). I like how it spread, skin feels so soft and clean after using this cleansing balm. Cleans away all make up and spf, follow with second cleanser.
