Been enjoying this one as of late. Low percentage of 5.5% ascorbic acid vitamin c makes it perfect for beginners! It also doesn't feel greasy unlike most other ascorbic acid based vitamin c serums.

I personally like the one from COSRX, you can start off with the 13 one if you have sensitive skin or never used a LAA Vitamin C serum before.
