Today I wanted to talk a bit about some ingredients that you guys do not have to mix together! Since we usually layer products together, I think it could help some of you 😊

• Retinol + AHA/BHA = can cause irritation, redness, peeling and dryness! 

✨ to fix! -> alternate nights.

• Vitamin C + AHA/BHA = they are both pH dependent to be active. It can cause irritation! 

✨ to fix! -> apply Vitamin C in the morning and AHA/BHA at night.

* BHA + Benzoyl Peroxide = can cause inflammation, redness or dryness. 

✨ to fix! -> alternate nights for an acne fighting duo. 

*  Retinol + Vitamin C = can cause dryness, peeling or irritation.

✨ to fix! -> Vitamin C in the morning and AHA/BHA at night. 

* Benzoyl Peroxide + Retinoids = Can cause dryness and mild to severe irritation. 

✨ to fix! -> Benzoyl Peroxide in the morning and Retinoids at night! 

Hope it will help you, and I wanted to add that these combinations can be handled by some people so it depends on your skin.

Nothing bad about this product. Just be careful and use it at night and apply only a small amount.

This eye cream is really good for reducing signs of aging around the eyes area since it has retinol. I saw a lot of bad comments about this product because they did not see any results after 3 days of use. You have to be patient when you use retinol, it usually takes some weeks until you can see some results but it really works! 
I have some dark circles sometimes and it really helps reduce them and also it hydrate the area.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this toner. 
However i don’t think i would repurchase it. In fact there’s a lot of really good ingredients in it but I think there’s other toners with better results. 

COSRX SNAIL MUCIN ESSENCE 🐌

* Claims: 
- Long lasting hydration 
- Helps improve the skin’s elasticity 
- Soothes sensitive skins

* Key ingredients: 
- Snail Secretion Filtrate (antioxidant, moisturizer/humectant) 🐌
- Betaine (moisturizer/humectant) 💧
- Sodium Hyaluronate (moisturizer/humectant) 💧
- Panthenol (soothing, moisturizer/humectant) 💧😌
- Allantoin (soothing) 😌

* Packaging:
It’s designed in a plastic transparent bottle with a pump which I think is convenient for keeping the product hygiene. 
The bottle size is 100mL. 

* Texture/scent:
This essence is fragrance-free so people with sensitive skin can use it. 
The texture can seem weird when you first start using it. It has a very unique texture — slimy, sticky and thick. I like the fact that it’s very spreadable and lightweight. Also it absurd quite fast in the skin.

* For which skin type?
I think this product is good for all skin type especially when you have dry/sensitive skin. It has some properties that are also really good for acne prone skin. 
However, if you know that you might be intolerant to it don’t use it. 

* How I use it? 
I usually apply it at night, right after cleansing my face or another toner. 
I use two pumps and apply it all over my face and neck and let it absorb for a few seconds. 
Finally I proceed with the rest of my routine. 

Don’t apply too much product on your skin, only a few drops (2-3 drops). If it feels sticky it means you put too much and it can cause irritation or just peel a bit.

Since my skin is dry&#47;resilient this product really helps hydrate it and feels even more plump. I apply it in the morning especially so it doesnt feel tight throughout the day. Also it is not too pricey (something like 9-10€) and it’s very effective!

BIAFINE EMULSION 

* Claims: 
- Helps moisturize your skin (best for sunburns, general dryness and post chemical peel)

* Key ingredients: 
- Squalane 
- Avocado oil
- Paragon wax (not the best ingredient - it’s derived from crude oil so not considered as clean 😬) 
- Parabens 

* Packaging:
The product is contained into an aluminum tube so it makes it pretty easy to take it with you in your suitcase or travel bag. 

* Texture/scent:
There’s a bit of a fragrance (i think French people as me love this sent cuz it reminds us of some childhood memories) so I think no fragrance people wouldn’t maybe like it. However, if you don’t really mind it, it’s kind of a powdery sent. 

* How I use it? 
French people usually don’t really apply it directly onto the face like if it was a moisturizer. We like to use it on very dry areas such as the elbows or after a sunburn.

I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT! 
Really helps softing my skin and making it glow. Not to harsh on the skin and does not irritate it but you have to be careful and only use it at night!!
