Hi! I know that there's always PAO dates on the products but I guess we all have had some makeup products we use longer than recommended. I was wondering how long you usually keep makeup like liquid blushes or eyeshadow palettes or if there are products you toss out pretty quick e.g. mascara

Have you tried modeling masks yet?

I have bought my first one from Daiso's own brand in Japan this year and tried the Medipeel ones from Daiso Korea after. I am actually impressed by the lovely cooling feeling these masks give while being on the skin for around 15-20 minutes! I have not noticed other effects and wouldn't say they're a game-changer but kinda cool sometimes to change up the usual skincare routine :)
It was so much fun to mix but it can get very messy while mixing and applying 😅
I'm proud, after the first not-so-successful attempt I've been able to apply the masks thick-enough that there's not much residue to wipe off after ^^

Would you give them a try or have you already? If yes, what's your verdict?

Hi! I have been watching this for quite some time but it's getting to be a little too much: please first search for your questions first before asking the same things over and over again.
I see the same ones every few days, sometimes the same question by two different users on the same day.
There are so many questions about retinol and vitamin C recommendations, please use the search tool first because it's also always the same answers

Other users have stated this before, I'm just kindly repeating this as I know I'm not the only one. 
Picky has a great community and for diverse answers, it would be helpful to not always see the same questions

As I love sunscreens a lot, I would probably like to develop my own 👀

It's feels more basic than i thought; I'd pay more for a higher % of ginseng the next time. Just water tbh

Ginseng is a vital herbal ingredient that has been used for a long time for body and skin health in Korean history.

The BOJ Ginseng Essence Water contains 80% of ginseng water and focuses on the benefits of ginseng which is said to be rich in antioxidants that combat damage from free radicals that can cause premature aging. It promotes circulation and collagen production to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and brighten skin.

Ginseng is also anti-inflammatory, which provides calming effects. Also contains 2% Niacinamide. 

I was looking forward to trying this product because of many good reviews on the internet. 
It comes in a pretty, frosted 150ml bottle. The product itself and packaging are pretty.
The texture is very watery (need to be more careful with getting the product out and onto the skin), thus making it easy to layer 2-3 times for me.

It smells like ginseng and the scent is not too strong which I like

My sensitive skin hasn't reacted to this so I can recommend trying it; I'd say this is suited for combination to oily skin types more.

Update: I have come to like this better than the initial start. It went from a 3 to a 3,5 for me because it's nicer than the first week of trying but nothing special. I haven't noticed it having any visible effects and I'm through with the whole bottle now, so it wasn't as promising as i had hoped when I bought it after seeing so many positive reviews 

The price of the Probio-Cica line is a little expensive 

I have received this product for free from Picky and Skin1004 in exchange for my honest review. 

Loving the short ingredient list: Lactobacillus/Centella Asiatica Extract Ferment Filtrate, Centella Asiatica Extract, Ceramide NP, TECA, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Betaine, Allantoin, Panthenol.

The ampoule comes in a 50ml glass bottle and with a dropper. It is on the smaller side compared to the other all-known Skin1004 ampoules that are 150ml in size. This one has a thicker texture than the watery ones and absorbs just as well.
My dry skin likes it and I can see myself using it in all seasons of the year. My skin loves it especially during fall and winter and I would definitely repurchase!

The Intensive Ampoule gives the skin moisture to keep it hydrated and provides a silky finish without any greasiness. I also like that it's scentless! 

I think all skin types could enjoy it, moreso dry and sensitive skin types. 


I have the general problem of sheet masks being too sticky for me and this was the case with the Rovectin mask too.

Infused with 52% Jeju-sourced lotus flower extract, heartleaf extract and Aquaxyl, this sheet mask is formulated to calm irritations while restoring moisture and glow to dehydrated skin.

I found this sheet mask to be hydrating and soothing for my dry and sensitive skin. 
It adheres well to the skin and after 10-20 minutes I could see a nice glow ✨️

The mask sheet is formed like most others and I liked the fresh scent. I can also see why many people like this one as it doesn't contain too many ingredients, thus lessening the chances of irritation. 

All in all a good product to try

It's actually not that noticeable on me bc of my natural lip color which makes it a good mlbb shade. It doesn't last long (even though the brand explicitly states this) and is gone fast which is a little disappointing..

Update: started to reach out for this less and less bc I don't see much of a point unfortunately :( doesn't last at all and only looks good after application. It starts crumbling off after a few minutes which it has done since day 1 

Had to finally give this lip tint a try! The shade #25 Bare Grape works well for cool undertones and compliments my fair complexion. 
The color is so pretty and I wasn't expecting it to smell so nice! Has a scent of grape candy or sth but not at all overpowering and it goes away after application. 

It applies as glossy and leaves a natural tint on my lips. I have a fair skin tone with cool undertone and naturally darker pinkish lips and Bare Grape looks similar I'd say.

Let's not forget the pretty packaging of the product and brand in general! I am in love; it's handy and fits in my pockets and handbags to carry around and re-apply. 

It burns on a compromised skin barrier so if you've damaged your skin in any way, this might not be the best pick on those days. Other than those times, this is a great product

The sunscreen comes in a pretty mint-green 50ml tube. The box is made from 100% sugar cane paper and printed with soy ink ♡

The product itself is also mint-colored and has got a strong rosemary scent to it; it needs some getting used to but it was okay for me personally. 

It has a lightweight texture and goes on very smoothly. I didn't need to rub it in as hard as others I had used so far and reapplication is easy too!
Didn't leave a whitecast and also wasn't sticky on my skin ✨️

Leaves a very glowy finish that I love on my dry skin! Might be too much for oily skin types
