 SKIN CONDITION: Dry, flaky, and sensitive skin. 

🪴REVIEW
〰️The packaging of the ampoule is minimalist, modern, unique and easy to use. It’s one of the features that I loved about the product. As a consumer, It’s really good when a product is effortless to use. 

🪴Efficacy 〰️ After almost 3 weeks use, alongside with the noni toner, it has this cooling effect when applied on my face. On my first week, I skin purged which gave me acne mostly on my forehead. Yet, on my 2nd week, the ampoule was very nourishing on the face. As someone with skin asthma, this product is still suitable for those with dry & sensitive skin due to the antioxidants. It creates a plump finish and felt like it added a moisturising barrier in the skin after toning. Although, I observed that this product can be problematic for those with a lot of damaged skin since it can be stingy and may cause further irritation. There’s a need for adding another layer of moisturizing in the skin for those with dry skin.

🪴Scent 〰️ consists strong minty fragrance.

🪴Consistency 〰️ The ampoule is very densed and non-sticky. The consistency of the ampoule is identical to the consistency of most serums.

🪴Recommendation 〰️ The Real Noni Energy Ampoule can soothe irritated skin. Yet, I observed that this product may not be suitable for those with damaged skin. The Noni ampoule is suitable for most skin types. This is also for those who love non-sticky, soothing and cooling serum for the skin. There still a need for skin patch testing for dry/sensitive skin

Packaging-wise, I love glass packaging and dropper. But, when it comes to bringing the product anywhere, glass packaging isn’t travel-friendly. Like most skincare products with natural extracts such as cica and tea tree, the serum smells herbal and minty. When applied to my face, it has this watery texture. It’s runny and not viscous. It’s fast-absorbing, non-sticky, and soothing. Although it claims to reduce inflammation and is tested for sensitive skin, it still reacted to my second use. Also, despite that I’ve only used it for ten days, my skin started to have whiteheads and small pimples on my forehead. As of the moment, a cystic acne is growing on my chin. Personally, at this point, I’m not sure if the product is effective and does something. And with that experience, I feel like I’m not willing to spend a lot on this when it feels ineffective.
 
Cons: I only have 11 days to review the product before the deadline of the review event

Price-wise, I think this might be a downside since it can be quite expensive. On their website, it retails for $22 which is almost ₱1300 in the Philippines for only 10ml of the product. Locally, this is a tough market since there are a lot of cheaper but still effective alternatives. Although, personally, this is still worth trying especially the growth you can get in a short amount of time.

The 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐲𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐦 is for intensifying eyelashes to be stronger and healthier, volumizing, and lengthening with mild ingredients to sensitive eye areas. This claims to be suitable for weak and damaged eyelashes due to frequent lash curling, lash ironing, extension, perming, and/or lacking in volume.

📒𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦:
I’m not new to eyelash serums since I’ve used different lash serum brands and products way before. Some are really good experiences and some are not. Using  the Honest Eyelash Serum is a different experience for me. If I we’re to compare it to the ones I tested, this is an upgrade.

When applied, this serum is indeed suitable for my sensitive skin. I have experienced lash serums that are heavy and stingy in the eyes. Using Benton’s eyelash serum gave a lightweight feel with no allergic reaction.

Packaging-wise, it’s actually common to find c-brush and ball tip among K-beauty lash serums. In terms of how much product you can get, 10ml of product is common as well. But, this lash serum is 0.03 fl. oz. MORE to the previous lash serum I have.

In terms of efficacy, it’s recommended to use it for 4 weeks. However, in only a week, I was already seeing improvement on my lash volume and length. I gained almost 1mm growth! and as someone with thin lashes this is such an achievement! The effort of applying it 2x a day really paid off!

What I don’t like:
* Cleansers like has tendencies on stripping moisture in the skin. 
* If you’re not a fan of salicylic like me or have dry skin/sensitive skin/skin asthma, use with precaution by doing a skin patch test.

I’m sharing my review of Heimish’s Matcha skincare line. I’ve used these products last April 17-29. This is sent by Stylekorean Global for me to try.

Here’s a more thorough review product of the 🍃Matcha Biome Amino Acne Cleansing Foam:

This cleanser is is a functional foam cleanser that helps relieve acne-prone skin, gently removes sebum, and wastes from pores, and gives a moist feeling after cleansing. It’s Low pH acne cleanser that leaves no tightness in the skin. It contains 0.5% Salicylic acid, Protein amino acid, and Matcha probiotics (fermented Jeju matcha)

In terms of packaging, it’s obviously common among cleansers to be packaged in these containers. For 150ml, I think it’s also decent since little goes along the way. 

In terms of efficacy, this mild cleanser is for normal to acne prone skin. For me, I usually avoid cleansers like this that has salicylic acid since it can disrupt the pH level and moisture of my dry/sensitive skin. But, as it claims to be, it’s not as drying and tight in my skin. When I wear makeup, this is definitely my go-to cleanser, I find this cleanser functioning well for my skin when removing cleansing balms/oil.

I’ve used this product with other Heimish products: All Clean low pH Balancing Vegan Toner, All Clean low pH AHA/PHA Hydro Vegan Essence, and Matcha Biome Hydrogel Eye Patch 

•The downside of the product is I’m not a fan of its packaging. I love anything metallic, but it’s prone to mess and scratches.

The 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗵 is a lightweight multi-use blush that melts into the skin. Creating a lit-from-within flush, this blush features a creamy formula that is easy to blend and build to one’s desired intensity. It’s enriched with Japanese Camellia and Meadowfoam seed oil which are beneficial to the skin. Its 10 shades comprise bold and soft colors that both risk-takers and loyal-to-comfort people would love.

📒𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦:
As someone with dry/sensitive skin, this revamped classic blush from Issy & Co. makes my heart filled with joy. As someone who was able to try the first blushes released by Issy & Co., their previous blushes were kind of tacky, drying, and not that long-lasting despite priming and setting the face. But, to my surprise, the C.C.Blushes made me love cream products in an instant! This is much better than their previous blushes. Despite having an emollient texture, it doesn’t feel oily or putty in texture. Also, I love how the blushes became more flexible and forgiving when using a makeup brush as I prefer it that way since the previous blushes tend to work more when using fingers.

If it means that all of the quality goes into the product, then I’m down! When applied, I love the natural and sheer finish that I enjoyed achieving by using the blush. But, what impressed me the most is how the blush survived on my face for 8+ hours straight with a flush of color that looked like I just applied it 😭 I usually use dry blushes, but I made the switch since I really love its formula. It indeed feels light, smooth, and importantly, 👏 NOT 👏 DRYING 👏

What I don’t like:
* There were no allergic reactions whatsoever. But, as someone with sensitive skin and skin asthma, oils tend to cause itch, irritation, and inflammation. Skin patch testing is still highly advised. + I don’t know if allergies on Soybean can also affect those who have it topically.
* In terms of preference, the scent of soybean smells weird and unpleasant for me.

These are the products that I've been using since Oct. 3-Oct. 19. Stylekorean Global sent me 4 products to try.

Here’s a more thorough review product of the🧴Ginseng Cleansing Oil: 

This cleansing oil has soybean and ginseng oil that claims to smoothen, unclog pores, and cleanse the skin. 

For me, this is my fave product that’s sent to me because as someone who wears makeup, it easily removes my makeup. Particularly, mascara! (See pic for reference)

When applied, it indeed cleans the skin, unclog product buildup, and aside from smoothen, I experienced a moisturizing feel on my skin. It’s also surprisingly lightweight for a cleansing oil as they tend to feel heavy and warm in the face.

In terms of packaging, you can see that you get a lot of product. I know people tend to over-cleanse but I find one pump enough for my face. 

In terms of efficacy, this cleansing oil will perform well in little to no makeup. But, since i like its lightweight feel, I would prefer it among cleansing balms since the cleansing balms I’ve used tend to leave a tightness feel on my skin. This cleansing oil rather felt softened my skin.

Two things that got me obsessed: The scent and packaging! I always love a product on glass packaging since I find them recyclable. 

I’m not a fan of fragrances due to my skin issue. But it has this delicious scent of shea butter, vanilla, and coconut, which is hard to resist and addicting! 

As someone with skin asthma, I prefer heavy creams since they tend to lock in moisture for a long time. This glow cream is fast-absorbing, hydrating, watery in texture, and lightweight, despite containing natural oils.

This product is a 50/50 for me. Using this cream might not work well on me during the cold season. But, this works so well for me on hot days and when I feel like it! 

Cocunat’s The Glow cream is not just cream, it's also a skin highlighter. So far, I have no allergic reactions using it. I Love the fine glitters it has. It gives the right shimmer that compliments well on my morena skin.
