I like to use it while my hair is slightly damp but not soaking wet! I also use it sometimes as the last step of my hair styling routine on dry hair to add extra shine and smooth down frizz

Use it as a last step and definitely after a hair mask! Iโm not sure about the blow drying part though sorry ๐ญ๐ญ
