toner is not necessary imo. we just should have cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen as our skincare routine. anyway, if our skin asks for hydrating for example, so we need an extra treatment for it. so we can add hydrating toner or serum etc.
hence, if your skin needs toner, so get one for it! especially people with dry skin, they may want something more hydration for their skin. u can go for some of this hydrating toner! they contains hyaluronic acid, panthenol, glycerin or ceramides to hydrate and refresh your skin ^^
