I do not care for the dispenser on this bottle. You unscrew the lid, flip the bottle upside down a shake out as many drops as you think you need. I need roughly about 3-4 to cover my face. But ultimately you get more or less and there is some waste.

its good in consistency like it wont flow like water and drip easily like normal toners, i love the radiance it gives me!

I love this stuff so much! Its a really good hydating toner essence. After application it does make your face feel a bit tacky, which would make it great before makeup.
