I get acne on my shoulder area and this seems to help. I see less acne when using this. It's a creamy gel type and smells heavenly, like marigolds but also not overpowering.
Nothing bad about this product.

My 2 year old has ecxema by birth and none of body wash suites him except cetaphill wash .
There is nothing bad about this product i have been using it from 2 years now and will continue to use it .

It is a body wash that is very gentle in the skin. No fragrance no scrubbing. It is good for making you feel clean and hydrated afterwards. No rashes or weird lumps after using it. No allergies either.
Very good product of you have sensitive skin. I prefer more fragrance on my body wash.
