Not sure what a bond builder is, but this no. 3 hair perfector is perfect. Using this with no. 0 and it works wonders it taking my unruly frizzy bleached and colored hair. Using it also with 4 and 5.
Like no. 0, I don’t really have much time to do 10 minutes of this after 10 minutes with 0. As much as I want to use it often.
