Concentrated Ginseng Brightening Serum

I'm not a huge fan of melanin disruption, I kind of look dealthy pale. And the price is high, no getting around that.

~ since it contains titanium dioxide, it feels a bit drying when putting on for a few hours ~ doesn't really help with dark spots. The dark spots ampoule is a better consumer choice than this as it can brighten AND reduce dark spots ~ too EXPENSIVE
