My favorite eyeliner, the brush tip is great and I love the finished look and that it can be used for precise eyeliner, application is really easy, the product lasts long, great for beginners and available in drugstores.
Not the cheapest option, the brush can break easily and after that you can throw the whole product away as it cannot be fixed, the eyeliner then smudges and finished effect isn’t as nice.

As the name states.....Epic... It really is epic, this doesn't smudge, budge, move, waterproof swearproof and will last until it's taken off. Glossy black tipped pen for all the precise eyeliner needs.

Literally the best! Staple drug store eyeliner. Has a man amazing application with the brush tip, it goes on so much better than those felt tip pens which always dry out! Goes on smooth and precise. Easy to control the flow of ink.
Nothing bad to say, other than it can be hard to touch up sometimes without peeling on the dry spots… however it can be easily touched up with a little black shadow I find. This has been a staple of mine for years. Love this product !
