Epic Ink Liner
My favorite eyeliner, the brush tip is great and I love the finished look and that it can be used for precise eyeliner, application is really easy, the product lasts long, great for beginners and available in drugstores.
Not the cheapest option, the brush can break easily and after that you can throw the whole product away as it cannot be fixed, the eyeliner then smudges and finished effect isn’t as nice.

As the name states.....Epic... It really is epic, this doesn't smudge, budge, move, waterproof swearproof and will last until it's taken off. Glossy black tipped pen for all the precise eyeliner needs.

Very easy to use for a beginner or an advanced makeup user. I had to try several tips of liners before finding this one and it is decent. Easy to apply and looks good, long lasting
It dries and this is an issue i found with liquid liners so i might try another type of liner.
