I use this on soaking wet hair usually as a last step, I apply about a 10p amount warmed up between my hands, I use a praying hands method and smooth it down my lengths then scrunch up. It smooths down any frizz and also helps lock my style in place....
It can be slightly heavy and weigh down my style if I use too much
