Oat-in Silky Toner
🌾 REVIEW - Purito Oat-In Silky Toner 🌾 I don't understand why nobody talks about this fabulous Korean milky toner. It's serious so underrated and deserves way more hype. ✔️ It has a super simple ingredient list that contains Oat Kernel Extract, B...

Nothing to me, the only thing some people might not like is the fact it’s very watery. I was worried it wouldn’t do anything but trust the process 🙌🏻

Oat-in Silky Toner
I loved the lightweight milkiness of this, it’s very watery yet super hydrating. I always layer twice under a richer cream but it’s works so well and I love the price point. It has a lot of oat content so sounds like it’d be eczema skin friendly!!
Nothing bad to say.
