I’ve only used this a few times but it does help with chafing. I use it whenever I workout and I have noticed a difference!

Let me start off by saying that this stuff WORKS!!!! I have tried different products & nothing seemed to work. The applicator is like a deodorant stick making it convenient & easy to glide on. No stickiness during hot weather.
The bad thing about this product is that I got the small version😆
