FANTASTIC LIP BALM ! I bought this from Yesstyle with my May Order. I actually did not get a single tingle in my lips. But i couldn't see my lips plumping. I put 3 coats on and there was no tingling or burning. I really expected a good burn lol. But ...
I dont see any negative reactions or issues with this balm.
