I love the cooling effect, it feels really great under your eyes! The packing is also very sleek and easy to take with you on the go. It also lasts a very long time, I've had my balm for a few months now
I don't love the blue ish tint it leaves behind, I don't wear much makeup so it looks a little strange on my face. It's easy to rub in though if needed. I'd imagine if you had some makeup on it would look better though

Absolutely love Tula products but I must say this has to be one of my favorites . I love the cooling effect I feel under my eyes for hours after I applied it. It gives you this beautiful shimmer. It went beyond my expectations. A must have!!!!!
