Moisture Rice Power
July empty 🫗 - One by Kose Moisture 🍚 Rice Power. In all regards, I should like this. I heard great reviews and the serum not only has 🌾 rice extract, it has green tea🍵 extract, but also tocopherol (vitamin E).
But I saw absolutely no difference in my skin... I didn't like the smell, didn't like the texture, and didn't like the afterfeel after application. I'll give this a pass.
