Biosource 24H Hydrating & Softening Toner
It keep your face hydrated pretty well.
Not for me because as soon as I apply it on my face, my face turned red and rashes all over. It’s not recommended for all skin types because eventhough my face is dry, the toner made my face turn oily for few hours until the toner faded.
