Jeju Volcanic Lava Volcanic Ash Nose Strip
It’s worth a try, I like that it does get the gunk out and helps control the sebum for a little while after using it.
Beware that the product in my opinion is rather strong (adhesive-wise), and leaves a bit of a residue that I always have to wash off. Can leave your nose looking a little red afterwards.
