It hydrates the skin, but only to a minimal amount. Texture is light and creamy, and it is not tacky or anything.
Well, I'll keep this short. It's a decent moisturizer, but it's not something that I'd always reach for, mostly bec I feel like when I use this, my blackheads get worse.
