Named lotion but it is a toner. Super lightweight toner but super hydrating. My breakout healed. No flaky skin. Blackhead gone. The texture is just like water but super hydrating, absorb by skin really fast.
Too pricey, but there are minis / travel sizes which is much more affordable.
