Not for me, it's not matte finished.
It's white but when applied changes to a pinky tone that matches my skin tone. Sadly it doesn't stay on the skin and transfers.

This product its really good and suit on my skin, which is normally , when i put on any sunscreen, tiny bumps will appear and become clogged pores, with this thanks a lot no tiny bumps apper. I usually mix it with raiffles sunscreen essence..

For oily skin the best time to use this is in winter or when the weather is colder. It's very light on the skin, the color is more on the pinky side.
In the summer it doesn't hold up very well on those who have oily skin.
