Overall this is a good option for a less expensive toner. I have big pores and it's trying it's best.
It's a little sticky when first applied.

In my opinion, this is an exfoliating as well as hydrating toner, the effect on my face after using it for a while is that fine lines are reduced, my face is brighter, and what I like the most is that my face is moisturised. it smells like loreal.
