It did not irritate my sensitive, acne prone skin. That's about all I can say about this toner in terms of what I liked about it.

So so toner only. Yes. It's hydrate after apply. But cannot last long. Very much calendula petal. It has good smell which alike with chrysanthemum. Very comfy
Don't recommend to dry skin. It's totally not hydrate & moisture enough.
