Rosa Centifolia No.1 Purity Cleansing Balm
First part of a double cleanse: It feel nice and I believe it got my makeup off. Weird thing is the first I used it, it was your tyical cleansing balm, second time, I could NOT rinse it off.
It left a film and I could see it on my hands as it was no coming off with lukewarm/ warm water. Very difficult to get off and I basically triple cleansed to get it off.. [So I tried it a third time just on my hands to try and get a picture.. no fil...
