This honestly helps calm down my skin when I’m breaking out from stress. My skin appears less red and less painful. But only if u don’t rub in the beads and scrape your skin
This shouldn’t be a scrub, I have to apply this on my face and gently try to rinse it off without scrubbing. When you have stress related breakouts any scrubbing can be way too irritating and make it worse
