Overall a decent affordable option for summer toners..its watery..but not as thin as water..It provides hydration just fine but its better for use when layered with other hydrating products..I personally feel its more suitable for combination to oily...
Contains essential oils.. although it didn't senstize my skin but might bother super senstive skin types.. Also for dry skin types there are better toners available which can do better on hydration terms.. Hope it helps!:)

I liked the texture of this and you can layer this since it's a watery toner. I usually dont like products with essential oils but this didn't irritate my skin and the scent wasn't overwhelming.
There are better toners than this one in my opinion that give better results in terms of hydration, soothing or brightening.

Viscous,but in between being pure viscous. Watery but feels fat. This toner is refreshing,I keep it in the fridge and the cooling effect is tremendous. Its budget friendly as well! Love it.
