This is a great hydrating toner but if I put only a layer into my skin, it feels a little bit drying, so I need 3-4 layers of it. The kind of toner that I get to love more and more as time goes by. It’s not watery but not too thick too.
It’s not a big problem but I just feel like it’s kind of drying if I only wear a layer.
