I like everything about this product. Firstly the smell is amazing ( but that depends on your preferences 😁). This product made my skin moisturised and firm. The consistence is not watery in comparison with some other toners.
I didn't have any bad experiences connected with this product

The balancing water has a slightly viscous texture and works as a toner for an extra hit of moisture with no stickiness which I'm not a fan of. It absorbs nicely and I like the scent.
