Cucumber Eye Gel
Cheap. Cooling. Soothing. Helps to hydrate skin around eyes. Feels nice when applied. Keep it in fridge for extra cooling effect.
Doesn’t reduce puffiness.

Cucumber Eye Gel
This eye gel offers a pleasant cooling effect on the eyes as well as slight moisturization to the eyelids area. It costs £1 in British drugstore Boots.
This product did absolutely nothing for me. It is also seems to not be Malassezia safe so I have no reason to repurchase it.
