Hatomugi Skin Conditioner
I bought this during my stay in Japan. The most noticeable aspect would be the big, generous bottle (500ml) and cheap price of this product. This mild toner contains coix seed extract to moisturize and prep skin for the skin care products that follo...

Hatomugi Skin Conditioner
To be honest, this just feels like mineral water,, no feeling on skin, no visible improvement ok skin condition,, but atleast it is just a toner to hydrate the epidermis layer of our skin, cant be expecting a toner to be functioning like moisturizer

Hatomugi Skin Conditioner
- lightweight without feeling greasy or tacky - comes in large size and inexpensive - fragrance-free - great for layering - minimal ingredients - low pH (I tested it to be about 5.5~6 with pH strips)
- It's not super hydrating. To me, it looks and feels like rice water. I would recommend to people with oily to normal skin types, as it will not be enough for dry skin. - Contains alcohol. My skin can tolerate alcohol, but I know not everyone can.
