Dear Hydration Double Capsule Essential Toner
I love the packaging design but not quite functional because I tend to put more than what I need when pouring the product in my hand. The toner is quite hydrating and I didn't get any irritation.
Not sure why but it's too bubbly for a toner. There's also a scent but not that overwhelming.
