Nothing bad about the product itself but the packaging. The lid can be easily opened and it's almost like it has no suction cups to not let the product get out in every squeeze (cap on).

When I first tried this cleanser out, I did not see any changes in my skin. But after using it again for the second time and prolonged use, it helps to calm my irritated skin. I use it every morning after my soap step.
Maybe just improve the packaging since the cap does not close it securely.

This is an underhyped local product! I personally use this, and my dry and sensitive skin loved it! It’s not drying on the skin + it has a lower percentage of salicylic acid which is gentle and good for everyday use!
I have nothing bad to say about this product.
