It doesn't make a difference for me. I've used better clay masks that helped with impurities and I also found this to make my skin feel a little hot sometimes

Vitamin C Glow Mask
Hydrating, fragrance free clay mask with Vitamin C was easy to apply and wash off after 15 minutes. It does not dry out as fast or as crusty as similar clay masks. Skin feels refreshed after use and there is no irritation.
The tiny capsules do not open easily and I could see someone causing damage if they rubbed too aggressively. There are masks that do a better job with decongesting pores and producing a glow.

This was a very hydrating and creamy mask, that also helped to flush out my pores. After removing the mask, my skin was brighter. It did leave me with a nice "glow."
The vita beads don't feel like they do much for your face.

It applies a lot thinner on the skin than other masks I’ve used causing it to apply patchy.
