I've been using it for more than three months now and it only hydrates my eye area a little and it does not sting or irritate.
I haven't seen any brightening effects on my eye area.

It’s really satisfying to use because the metal ball is REALLY COLD! It relaxes me before I go to sleep. I love how affordable this is too!

This is a so so product... The packaging is very simpe and it have a small metal ball that easily cools and glides over the skin so well... The price is affordable for 15ml tube that could last an entire year... I used it for almost 3 months and stil...
Actually there's nothing bad about this product... It is so gentle on the skin and didn't cause any irritation... Didn't expect much from this but kinda surprised of the result... It just takes time and need to be consistent when using it...
