this toner contains 72% rice water originating from south korea which can make the face moist and healthy, and contains niacinamide which of course can brighten the face, the texture of this toner is liquid and milky, I really like this toner because...
the packaging is too big so it's a bit hard to hold, but no other problem everything is good🥰
