The toning essence is good as lotion. I can feel the hydrating feeling on my skin obviously compared to hada labo premium hydrating lotion(the gold color). The toner is thicker but watery rather than normal lotion or essences. The price is not expens...
Its thicker llike a serum-like texture & not really fast absorbing, But, it really hydrating especially when I feel my skin dry after wash.
