A watery toner that soothes and purifies your skin. Ingredients are EWG approved and this toner is notging new to me and it's like any other toners that hydrates and soothes the skin. Didn't experience any skin irritation or purging.
It is super lightweight that it didn't give me the enough hydration I need.
