Light lotion consistency. It goes on a little streaky at first but still absorbed and blended out nicely. There is no white cast and it dries down to a neutral to semi matte finish. It does have a slight tacky feeling but not uncomfortable. Sits well...
There is strong citrusy scent from the EOs. Overall, just average. There are better and fragrance/EOs free options.

Love the results from this product. I use around the orbital area to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Expensive but worth it. The dropper is a bit funny getting back into the bottle.

This is a bit too dewy for me, unless I use a mattifying toner or moisturizer underneath. It can look shiny on oily areas. Also, it can sting the eyes if it gets too close.
