This serum is sticky so I apply it on damp skin to make it less sticky. I feel that it also works better on damp skin.

Take note, though that niacinamide alone will barely help with hyperpigmentation issues so you still need to pair it with a skin brightening product. Niacinamide just acts as a booster and will not deliver much result when used on its own.
