Thick toner. Very very moisturizing. Instantly refreshing and feels like your face in a bath of moisture. Great for dry skin. Great for hot days and after sun exposure.A few drops and that's all it takes.
Contains fragrance. Unfortunately I could not stand it and had to stop. Too bad, the product is really good.
