I put this balm on first under my eyes and let it sit for a few minutes while i work on my brows to get the cool tingly sensation. I then use a sponge to blend it in which gives me a nice pinky glow.
It works well for the first few hours of my day to make my eyes feel invigorated and bright but the sensation fades by mid day.

The cooling sensation is refreshing and subtle and leaves a light, shimmery hue. It doesn't feel heavy at all and definitely feels nice as a refresher in the middle of the day.
Avoid contact with sensitive parts of your eye as the cooling sensation does burn a bit if you get it anywhere sensitive.

Bought this on a whim- the cooling sensation feels amazing. I like that jt can be worn both under snd over makeup. I have dry and sensitive skin in winters and this works well for me so far
The stick may break if not careful
