Effective in protecting my eye, nose, and lips surroundings from certain actives like retinoids and benzoyl peroxide. It also locks in my moisturizer.
I cannot think of any negative review about this product. All good.

Good for dry lips (use on damp skin though), also great for eyebrows, eye lashes, tip of hair
Doesnt clog pores, but its an extreme occlusive, iif use on dirty skin, itll lock in the dirt as well which may break you out. Doesnt feel that great on skin
