Not bad but not good either. I wasn't a huge fan of witch hazel. Although this toner does provide a decent hydration. I was trying to love it but I'm always caught on a fence with it.
Can be absolutely drying if I don't proceed with my moisturizer. I don't reach out for this toner as much either.
