You have to apply it again after a few hours.

The packaging is really cute and simple, so you can carry it around easily.
It dries out really fast and doesn't quite moisturize the skin much, it just kinda sits on top. The shade makes my lips seem dehydrated and dead. I feel like it does more bad than good. The scent isn't bad, it's meh.

It's a classic lip balm that has nothing special about it. For me it does not help to counteract the dryness of the lips, in fact it makes it worse
It has no moisturizing effect
